ACO Commercial Adds George V. Bikakis to Brokerage Team

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Wednesday, April 25, 2018

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce George V. Bikakis, P.E., has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Vice President, focusing on investment property sales.  George joins ACO following an 11-year career in electrical engineering, with both Bechtel Corporation and Sargent & Lundy.  His consulting work focused on complex calculations for electrical systems in nuclear power plants.

While working as a full-time electrical engineer, George used his spare time to syndicate and acquire multifamily assets on Chicago’s North Side.  To date, he has completed 4 acquisitions with an aggregate value in excess of $6.5 Million.  He successfully implemented a value-add strategic plan to stabilize and reposition the properties, substantially increasing cash flow.

“It is rare to come across a brilliant mind that recognizes the importance of following one’s passion.  During a high point in his electrical engineering career, George has made the decision to transition into real estate brokerage.  This along with his work ethic, commands my respect,” said George Toscas, Managing Broker of ACO.

George graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Engineering Management.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

Please welcome George to the ACO team.
