ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a three building, 48-unit complex in Hickory Hills, Illinois.  The property is comprised of (48) 1-Bedroom units in a California style configuration.  Constructed between 1969 and 1973, three of the units have been remodeled, while the rest remain in original condition. At the time of sale, the asset was approximately 20% occupied with significant deferred maintenance.

George J. Toscas, Executive Vice President, arranged the sale of the property on behalf of West Coast Private Equity Firm. The sale reflected a price per unit of approximately $32,292 and closed on October 3, 2014.
