ACO Commercial Arranges Sale of 74-Unit Apartment Complex in South Suburban Chicago

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of the Homan Square Apartments located in Midlothian, Illinois.
George Toscas, Executive Vice President, arranged the sale of the value-add property on behalf of a private partnership, marking his eighth multifamily transaction in the Village of Midlothian. The sale included the assumption of the existing, non-recourse debt. The sale price was approximately $3.3 million.
Homan Square Apartments is comprised of 74 apartment units contained in 11 buildings, all with direct entry access. At the time of sale, the property was approximately 89% occupied.
