ACO Arranges Sale of Orland Park Industrial Flex Building to User
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Tuesday, May 2, 2017
ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 16350 S. 105th Court in Orland Park, Illinois. The sale consisted of a 7,040 SF, single-story industrial building with both office and warehouse space. The building was vacant at the time of sale and was offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
Linda Hattar, Vice President, arranged the sale on behalf of a national servicer. The ACO marketing campaign was targeted toward users who could benefit from the property’s office and warehouse components.
The deal was awarded to a regional plumbing contractor that plans to occupy the space as its headquarters. The deal moved from contract to close in under 50 days, closing on an all-cash basis.
