ACO Completes Sale of 10,000+ SF Berwyn Funeral Home

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Wednesday, May 3, 2017

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 6714-20 W. 16^th Street in Chicago’s western suburb of Berwyn, IL. The 10,689 SF property contained a large commercial unit and residential unit on the first floor, and a residential unit on the second floor. At the time of sale, the property was vacant. The building formerly housed the Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, which had operated since 1896.

The ACO marketing campaign generated 50 tours and multiple offers.

Buyer purchased the property with the intent to maintain the commercial space as a funeral home and to occupy the second floor residential unit.
