ACO Completes the Sale of Lincoln Square Commercial Property in Under 40 Days

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 5433-37 N. Lincoln Avenue in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.  Built in 1960, the 3,600 SF commercial building offers 55 feet of frontage on Lincoln Avenue.  The vacant property was offered on an “as-is, where-is,” basis.

ACO Commercial completed the transaction on behalf of a large private equity firm.  The ACO marketing campaign generated multiple offers, and was awarded to an all-cash purchaser with no sale contingencies.  The transaction went from launch to close in under 40 days at approximately $90 PSF.
