ACO Commercial, is pleased to announce the sale of 14346 S. Western Avenue in Posen, Illinois.  The property consists of a 3,800 SF single-story building formerly known as Abe’s Hideaway.

Thurman W. Foreman, Vice President, arranged the sale of the site on behalf of a regional financial corporation.  At the time of sale, the property was vacant and secured.  ACO identified a bar/restaurant operator who closed the transaction on an all cash basis.  The deal closed 40 days following contract execution.
