ACO Completes Sale of 47 Unit Multifamily in Lake County for $1.88 Million

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Tuesday April 16, 2019

ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 2105-2109 Gideon Avenue in Zion, IL (Lake County). The 47 unit “California Style” property was comprised of four buildings on approximately 2.9 acres land.

George Toscas represented the Purchaser and the Seller in the transaction. The property was sold on an “as-is, where is,” basis to the Purchaser, who plans to complete significant capital improvements in the near term. Purchase financing was arranged by John Levey of Highland Park Bank and Trust.
