474 W. 14^th Place is an eight-unit, California-style multifamily property. The lender-owned asset functioned as low-income housing and was 75% occupied at the time of sale. The property sold to a Nevada-based investor.

1121-1125 W. 127^th Street is a multifamily property containing 17 2bed/1bath units. The asset was 94% occupied at the time of sale and was purchased by a local investor.

5101 S. Union Avenue is a mixed-use building containing commercial and residential units.   It was sold to a Nevada-based investor on an all-cash basis.
