ACO Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of the Wilson Center Mall located at 419 W. Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights, Illinois. The property was built in 1974 and occupied by nine tenants at the time of sale.
ACO Commercial arranged the sale, on behalf of a Texas-based lender to a private investor on an all-cash basis. The property was 64% occupied at the time.
